Things to Note:

Please put in the notes of your order the specifics for the design of your tote such as: colors, lifestyle, favorite designer request, etc. If no details are added this may delay the processing of your order. Please also include either a cell number that can receive text or an email address where Elle can reach out to you to clear up any questions she may have or clarify the design requested. Thank you.

How do orders work?

• All orders are made to order. I will design them with the general ideas you supply such as color, hobbies, or lifestyle.

Are the totes authentic?

• Yes, all Croc totes are authentic and ordered from the Croc website at retail price. 

Size?

• Small 22 total holes
• Medium 60 holes
• Large 104 holes

How long before my order ships?

• It can take up to 21 business days for an order to ship once the tote has been received from Croc. My goal is always to get your order shipped as quickly as possible so when possible an order may ship earlier than expected.

Expedited Services?

• I can put a rush on your order if you need them before the normal time frame. There is a $60 upcharge for this service.

Do you customize Bogg Bags?

• Yes, we do! If you would like a Bogg Bag instead of a Croc Tote please email: ORDER@BUYELLEGANT.COM so that a specific invoice can be sent for the Bogg Bag. DO NOT PLACE THE ORDER ON THE SITE!!!
